Two piece Flanged Ends Ball Valve, design with ISO5211 mounting pad to install actuator for remote control. This design use circle body and bonnet, which avoid leakage better. Flange Ball Valve also design fire safe and anti-static device to make quality good. Tops Valve design by the standards of API6D, ASME, ANSI, JIS, DIN, BS, GB, etc.Ball valves shall be full port and of the floating ball design providing bi-directional, tight shutoff in accordance with MSS SP-72. The valves shall be rated at 150# WSP/300# WOG. Bodies shall be stainless steel per ASTM A351-CF8M/CF8/CF3/CF3M, With ANSI Class 150 raised-face flanges. The ball shall be stainless steel, with a 316 stainless steel blowout-proof stem. The seats and body seals shall be PTFE. The stem seal shall be PTFE, externally adjustable chevron type. Valves shall be equipped with locking handles as standard. Valves may be equipped with 2" square operating nuts, manual gear operators, or pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators.
