1. Innovative Design:

2. Product Features:
The main material of this valve includes high-quality stainless steel grades such as SS304/316/304L/316L (CF8/CF8M/CF3/CF3M) and WCB, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The valve size ranges from 1/2 inch to 8 inches (DN15 to DN200), with a working pressure of 150LB to 1500LB. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 300°C, but can also be customized according to specific customer requirements for different industries.
3. Connection Standard:
The connection ends are designed with flanges, adhering to international standards such as ISO9001, CE, and TS. The full port design ensures smooth and unobstructed flow, minimizing pressure loss. The valve is operated by a handle, and a locking device is available as an option for added security.
4. Technical Specification:
Our API6D ball valve is designed and manufactured according to API 6D, API 608, and BS 5351 standards. The pressure and temperature ratings comply with ASME B16.34, while the face-to-face dimensions follow ASME B16.10. The flange standards are based on ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47, and the inspection and testing are conducted according to API 598 and API 6D.
5. Valve Parts:
The product features a floating ball design, available in both full bore and reduced bore options. An ISO5211 mounting pad is optional for easy integration with actuators. The blow-out proof stem design ensures safety and reliability during operation. The seat seal is made of PTFE or RPTFE, with the material selection based on customer requirements or the specific medium and temperature conditions of the valve.

Welcome to Visit Our Factory
We warmly invite all customers to schedule a visit to our factory and production workshops. Our factory is equipped with three production lines, namely the flanged ball valve production line, the gate and globe valve production line, and the threaded ball valve production line. The valve blanks are manufactured in a valve casting factory in Fujian and are promptly transported to our valve processing plant in Wenzhou. The valve processing procedure encompasses numerical control machining, tapping and drilling, welding and grinding, assembly, cleaning, and pressure testing. The largest valve size we can produce is 48 inches (DN1200). Moreover, we offer valve customization services to meet your specific requirements. After the valves are manufactured, they will be packaged in carton boxes or export polywood cases as per customer requirements. Then, our dedicated delivery drivers will transport them to the shipping port or freight forwarder.

For some small size, like 1/4''-1''(DN6-DN25), it request the MOQ is 50pcs for each size. Generally speaking, it depends on your order.
3. How about the warranty?
The warranty time is 18 months after leaving our factory. We can repair or change because of the quality problems.
4. Payment
Mainly T/T, Western Union & PayPal are applicable for us. Payment Term: 30% prepayment, 70% balance paid before shipping or against copy of BL.
