Our stem nut is made of aluminum bronze material for durability. The large valve comes with a thrust bearing for easy and flexible opening. It features a bolted bonnet and lift stem design. The two-piece packing gland design prevents stem clogging. Dependable sealing performance is ensured with flexible graphite packing. The upper seal design guarantees reliable packing and sealing when the valve is fully opened (Note: Replacement of packing under pressure is not recommended).
