Answer:Typically, our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt. We provide repairs or replacements for any quality issues encountered during this period.

Question 4:How are our products packaged?

Answer:Our packaging depends on the valve type: screw end valves are packaged in a plastic bag, followed by a small carton box and then a plywood box. Flange end valves are packaged in a plastic bag and then secured in a plywood box.

Question 5:What payment options do we offer?

Answer:We accept various payment methods including T/T, LC, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. The payment terms are 30% prepayment and the remaining 70% balance before shipping or against a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).
