While resembling a Y-type strainer in appearance, this specialized valve features a completely different internal mechanism designed for one-way flow control. Available in both metal-seat and soft-seat (PTFE/NBR) configurations, the valve accommodates varying temperature requirements - with metal seats handling up to 425°C for high-temperature applications, while soft-seat versions are ideal for environments below 180°C.
